Assistant Store Manager Role

We're seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Madrid. As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting your Store Manager and contributing to the success of your store.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive sales and profitability in synergy with your Store Manager
  2. Motivate, mentor, and coach sales associates
  3. Assist your Store Manager in implementing retail processes and improving them
  4. Stay on top of core retail operational procedures, such as inventory and P&L
  5. Report performance metrics and demonstrate understanding of KPIs to improve store results
  6. Ensure your store looks great, in line with the brand's visual merchandising guidelines
  7. Provide cover in the store manager's absence
Requirements
  1. You love interacting with customers and setting a great example for the team with your hands-on mentality, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience.
  2. You're not afraid to take the initiative when your Store Manager is absent.
  3. You know how to create a great team who share your passion and vision to make every shopping experience outstanding.
  4. You have experience in opening and closing a store, leading and motivating a team, and leading from the front to maximize sales and boost productivity.
  5. You have excellent written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English.
  6. You're proficient in the use of MS Office and different POS systems.
  7. You're flexible when it comes to working weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary.
