Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Sales and Profitability: Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  2. Mentor and Coach Sales Associates: Provide guidance, support, and feedback to sales associates to enhance their skills and performance.
  3. Implement Retail Processes: Assist the Store Manager in implementing and maintaining retail processes, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service standards.
  4. Operational Excellence: Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly, including cash handling, stock management, and store maintenance.
  5. Performance Metrics: Analyze and report on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
  6. Store Appearance: Maintain a high level of store appearance, including visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and overall store presentation.
  7. Leadership: Provide cover for the Store Manager in their absence and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
