**Assistant Store Manager - Carhartt WIP Store Madrid**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the Carhartt WIP Store Madrid. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the management and daily operation of the store.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist Store Manager in management and daily operation of the store
  • Deputising in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Understand and implement procedures and company directives
  • Ensure sales plans are achieved
  • Support the store team in product knowledge to ensure excellent customer service
  • Mentor and provide feedback to sales staff to meet sales goals
  • Assist in the recruitment, training and development of staff
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and company's visual merchandising standards
  • Ensure deliveries are properly processed in a timely manner
