**Job Description**

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our store team, you will assist the Store Manager in the management and daily operation of the store.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist the Store Manager in managing the store's daily operations, including supervising sales staff and maintaining store conditions.
  • Deputise for the Store Manager in their absence.
  • Implement company procedures and directives, ensuring sales plans are achieved and customer service is excellent.
  • Support the store team in product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Mentor and provide feedback to sales staff to meet sales goals.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff.
  • Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards and ensure deliveries are processed in a timely manner.

**Requirements**

  • Ability to supervise and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and 'people' skills.
  • Team player with a customer service focus.
  • Commercial awareness and good IT skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and good English skills are advantageous.
  • Enthusiasm for the fashion industry.
