About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Madrid. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and profitability in synergy with the Store Manager
  • Motivate, mentor, and coach sales associates
  • Assist the Store Manager in implementing retail processes and improving them
  • Stay on top of core retail operational procedures such as inventory and P&L
  • Report performance metrics and demonstrate understanding of KPIs to improve store results
  • Ensure the store looks great, in line with the brand's visual merchandising guidelines
  • Provide cover in the Store Manager's absence
Requirements
  • You love interacting with customers and setting a great example for the team with your hands-on mentality, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience
  • You are not afraid to take the initiative where the Store Manager is absent
  • You know how to create a great team who share your passion and vision to make every shopping experience outstanding
  • You have experience in opening and closing a store, leading and motivating a team, and leading from the front to maximise sales and boost productivity
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English
  • You are proficient in the use of MS Office and different POS systems
  • You are flexible when it comes to working weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary
