Store Operations Manager

Empresa reconocida is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Las Rozas Village, Outlet. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate the team to achieve key performance indicators, driving store performance and individual targets.
- Customer Service: Support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service, following our Selling Ceremony, and providing personalized sales experiences.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a consistent luxury image through customer relationship management, personal grooming, dress code, and behavior, ensuring the team reflects this standard.
- Training and Development: Assist the Store Manager in providing training to the team on product knowledge, customer service, and retail excellence.
- Human Resources: Handle HR issues in a timely and effective manner, in line with EMEA HR guidance.
- Performance Management: Support the Store Manager in establishing and monitoring staff performance and development goals, conducting annual performance appraisals, and administering performance management if required.
- Stock Control: Ensure effective stock controls are maintained, ensuring continued stock supply and accuracy.
- Marketing and Events: Collaborate with the EMEA Marketing team to identify marketing opportunities and roll out initiatives to maximize sales potential.
- Store Operations: In the absence of the Store Manager, successfully run and manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet, including customer relationships, team management, store administration, stock management, and visual merchandising.
- Compliance: Ensure the store is fully compliant with financial, HR, legal, and retail operation rules and procedures.
- Health and Safety: Support the Store Manager with Health and Safety and Security.
- Implementation of Procedures: Actively ensure the implementation and adherence of Jimmy Choo procedures, standards, and policies within the outlet.
