About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on the Spanish market. This position will be integral to our sales organization based in Spain. As a key player in the Iberia team, you will operate as an individual contributor, driving the acquisition of new clients for our Freight Exchange services.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:

  • Identifying and targeting small to medium-sized businesses within the logistics and transportation sectors.
  • Engaging with inbound leads while also conducting proactive outreach, including cold calling.
  • Managing the complete sales cycle from initial contact to finalizing agreements.
  • Collaborating closely with team leaders, fellow sales representatives, customer success teams, account managers, and marketing departments.
  • Utilizing Salesforce as your primary CRM tool, alongside various communication platforms.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in service or software sectors.
  • Fluency in Spanish and a strong command of English.
  • Proven experience in cold calling, prospecting, and closing sales.
  • A solution-oriented mindset with an international perspective.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous but not essential.
  • Technological proficiency at a user level.
  • Basic understanding of sales terminology (MQL, SQL, etc.).
