Lead Programme Manager for Salesforce Initiatives

We are seeking a Senior Programme Manager – Salesforce to join our Last Mile division. The EU DSP Salesforce team is dedicated to enhancing DSP performance and aligning with our business strategy by developing tools that facilitate large-scale DSP enhancements.
In this position, you will optimize the value derived from Salesforce by spearheading and executing strategic initiatives aimed at improving our Salesforce organization.
Your responsibilities will include establishing methods to boost platform adoption, identifying potential risks, and ensuring the delivery of dependable and secure solutions that prioritize customer needs.
This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and the Salesforce technical team, facilitating the enhancement of internal and external workflows through the development of new features, essential data sets, and improved reporting mechanisms to elevate the Salesforce user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate and refine strategies to maximize Salesforce utilization within Last Mile.
- Design and implement a comprehensive strategy that encompasses design, user requirements, market evaluations, a scalable delivery plan, adoption strategy, and expansion into the APAC & AMET markets.
- Innovate solutions utilizing data and research to tackle broader challenges within the organization.
- Adopt a holistic approach in analyzing business operations, driving enhancements across various teams and departments.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize improvement initiatives, overseeing them from inception to completion.
As a Senior Programme Manager, you will lead and manage the execution of innovative, data-driven transformations within Amazon, directing improvement projects and programs.
Your strategic thinking will be crucial in defining and implementing an effective project plan.
Senior Programme Managers carry substantial responsibilities, addressing complex challenges with creativity, innovation, and leadership. Beyond process enhancements, you may also contribute to advancing other business areas, such as diversity, equity, and inclusion.
About the TeamThe EU DSP Business Health Team is tasked with developing DSP lifecycle insights, coaching tools, and interventions for Business Coaches (BCs), aimed at enhancing DSP profitability, performance, reliability, and compliance.
This team creates standardized mechanisms across EU countries and leverages local best practices to ensure continuous improvement across all EU regions, considering specific legal and regulatory conditions.
We focus on establishing efficient process landscapes by creating effective tools and mechanisms for BCs to support DSP success across five key pillars:
- Providing DSP insights through dashboards and XBR metrics integrated via CRM tools (Salesforce) to ensure stakeholder connectivity and execution efficiency.
- Developing common coaching routine templates for local, regional, and Pan-EU reviews to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Standardizing work routines and offering knowledge management to alleviate cognitive load on BCs.
- Creating specific coaching routines that align with DSP program health reviews, focusing on core business disciplines such as DSP Quality, Fleet & VAS, or DSP Compliance to guide BCs in supporting DSPs.
- Facilitating monitoring and enforcement processes (MEP).
- A degree.
- Experience in communicating with and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior management.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale programs or projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM products and experience in implementing Salesforce CRM improvement initiatives.
- Advanced or master's degree.
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Prince2, or other project management methodologies.
- Experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations environment.
- Experience in conceptualizing and executing operational or supply chain management enhancements.
- Possession of Salesforce system admin or Salesforce business analyst certification.
