**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Implementation Lead to join our Digital Products, Platforms & Services team at Mars, Incorporated And Its Affiliates. As a key member of our CRM product team, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of Salesforce CRM across various brands and divisions of our company.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Define, develop, and roll out customer engagement platforms using Salesforce CRM
  • Lead the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud
  • Design and implement scalable solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless rollout of customer engagement platforms
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and other related technologies

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in software engineering leadership roles, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud CRM
  • Highly proficient with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Lightning Component, Flow, REST API
  • Experience with Salesforce implementation leveraging Salesforce Flow, Omni Studio, Object Framework, Data Integrations, Security Framework, and Lightning Web Components
  • Strong understanding of data management principles and data governance
  • Experience with languages such as Java, AMPscript, JavaScript, and SQL

**Nice to Have**

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and other Salesforce Cloud products
  • Knowledge of marketing automation best practices
  • Previous experience in leading CRM Marketing initiatives
