Ingenico Group, a global leader in payments acceptance solutions, is seeking a highly skilled End-to-End Solution Delivery Programme Manager to drive and oversee the delivery of our solution roadmap. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the acceleration and delivery of our innovative solutions to the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and oversee programmes as directed by senior stakeholders, ensuring integration and alignment for successful business outcomes.
- Champion programmes to increase awareness and understanding across regions, consolidating interdependent initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Own and clarify the E2E programme framework, ensuring clear expectations and deliverables, and coordinate resources and address escalations throughout the E2E programme lifecycle.
- Ensure seamless integration of our solution offer across multiple teams, assessing regional capabilities to adopt new solutions and align regional processes.
- Communicate programme expectations, progress, and changes to all stakeholders, ensuring programme outcomes meet set timelines, quality criteria, and KPI metrics.
- Track programme performance and apply risk and change management principles, providing detailed programme progress reports to key stakeholders and sponsors.
- Support and prepare for programme-related forums and meetings, encouraging and leading continuous improvement initiatives across programme teams.
Requirements
- Experience in managing multiple complex projects, with a proven track record of delivering on complex global projects.
- Experience in client-facing/stakeholder management, with the ability to navigate ambiguous environments and collaborate for common outcomes.
- Strong grasp of B2B sales and commercial processes, with the ability to lead diverse, cross-functional, global teams.
- PMP or Prince 2 certification, with familiarity with the payment industry a plus.
