Your Role:

As a key representative of Deel, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through the onboarding process, establishing strong foundations for lasting partnerships. Your role will involve providing strategic insights during the onboarding phase, addressing operational and product-related inquiries, and advocating for clients internally to enhance their experience with Deel.

You are a proactive problem-solver, passionate about driving meaningful change within the organization. Your ability to analyze data for insights and manage cross-functional projects will be crucial in ensuring timely onboarding and client satisfaction. Collaboration with a high-performing team is essential, as you will work closely with various stakeholders to achieve collective success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the successful implementation of our all-in-one Employee Management Platform for a diverse clientele, ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Deel's offerings and industry trends, becoming a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues.
  • Effective Communication: Engage with stakeholders confidently and professionally, aligning client needs with Deel's best practices.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Tackle complex challenges with innovative solutions, leveraging your expertise in global payroll to drive improvements.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to team objectives by working closely with Customer Experience and R&D teams, sharing insights and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer onboarding capacity within a B2B SaaS environment, particularly in HR, Payroll, or Finance.
  • Customer Focus: Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and a passion for mentoring others.
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated capability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting, maintaining a proactive approach.
  • Communication Proficiency: Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written and verbal formats.
  • Detail Orientation: Strong attention to detail in designing effective onboarding plans and schedules.
  • Adaptability: Quick-thinking and driven, thriving in dynamic environments while adeptly prioritizing tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: 3+ years in Implementation or Technical Account Management in a fast-paced SaaS company, with knowledge in HR, Payroll, or Fintech.
  • Global Exposure: Experience collaborating with international clients and teams across various time zones.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, SFDC, and G Suite.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English, with additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese being advantageous.
