Job Title: Readiness Manager - Cloud

Are you looking for a challenging role that combines technical expertise with business acumen? We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Readiness Manager - Cloud to join our team in Malaga.

Job Summary:

The Readiness Manager - Cloud will be responsible for securing new customer wins for Cloud, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and driving alignment and teamwork within the team, department, or across organizational boundaries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud capabilities and pricing, as well as excellent communication and networking skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Secure new customer wins for Cloud and maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Constantly research and educate self on the newest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing
  • Drive alignment and teamwork within the team, department, or across organizational boundaries
  • Communicate and network effectively with partners and stakeholders
  • Engage with partners to drive partner action and recommend the right solutions
  • Monitor pipeline, collect feedback, and update involved parties on closure
  • Collaborate with local TCM on pipeline and partner introductions
  • Surface customer wins for partner sell with evidence and surface partner capacity and capability needs
  • Control main performance indicators and run rates of pipeline
Requirements:
  • Native or proficient in English
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering
  • 3-6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience
  • Experience working within a technical sales environment preferred
  • Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions
  • Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions preferred
What We Offer:
  • Full-time permanent contract 39h/week: Monday to Friday, from 09.00 to 18.00
  • On target earnings between 28,000 euros gross/year
