Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Expert to join our team at Amspace Recruitment Consultancy. As a Cloud Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for driving sales opportunities with a deep understanding of cloud solutions, effectively communicating value propositions and differentiators that align with customer business objectives and IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure new customer wins for cloud solutions, collaborating with the Sales Agent and Partner Connection Manager to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Present cloud solution value propositions and differentiation, aligning them with customer business objectives using specialized solution selling techniques.
  • Provide technical product overviews and insights pertinent to customer needs and usage scenarios.
  • Enhance technical acumen by delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.
  • Compare competitive offerings in the context of customer needs and experiences.
  • Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations, ensuring accurate projections of anticipated costs.
  • Demonstrate technical and business solutions to customers via virtual platforms.
  • Conduct quick technical feasibility assessments and proposal developments for identified solutions.
  • Achieve advanced knowledge of cloud offerings, leveraging comprehensive training resources with certifications as needed.
  • Serve as the key technical contact for the telesales team with potential customers.
  • Deliver group and one-on-one training on specialty subjects.
  • Meet and exceed team-level monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline, along with operational metrics.
  • Stay informed on the latest cloud capabilities and pricing developments for both company and competitors.

Requirements:

  • 3-6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience, preferably in a technical sales or pre-sales environment.
  • Broad knowledge and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communication solutions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance as they relate to cloud and hybrid solutions.
  • Understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning.
  • Experience with designing, migrating, and managing cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communications solutions.
  • Deep understanding and passion for cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred, especially in computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
  • Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
  • Self-motivated to independently grow technical knowledge.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) for success in customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, linking technological solutions to measurable business value.
  • Success-driven, thriving in diverse teams and dynamic environments.
  • Passion for cloud technologies and their transformative potential.
  • Language Skills: English: Intermediate or Fluent (verbal and written) Supported Market Language: Fluent or Native in Dutch (verbal and written)
