Job Summary

The Head of Compensation and Benefits will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with the company's global goals and objectives. This role will oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global compensation strategy that takes into account market trends, business needs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, variable compensation, benefits offerings, and equity programs.
  • Conduct salary benchmark analysis to ensure competitiveness and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Manage the salary review process and ensure compliance with program details and payment schedules.
  • Advise HR and functional leaders on compensation and benefits matters, including pay rates, benefits programs, and relocation policies.
  • Negotiate with external partners, such as benefits vendors and brokers, to secure competitive rates and services.
  • Develop and revise employee benefits policies to ensure they are current, competitive, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
