Global Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Compensation Specialist to join our team at Havas Media Group Spain Sau. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation policies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate C&B processes, including salary planning, bonus planning, and new benefits introduction.
- Design and develop compensation policies that promote internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Analyze different components of the remuneration scheme and prepare reports on internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Develop and track variable remuneration schemes and lead compensation projects for the entire organization.
- Train line managers on HR and compensation policies and lead job valuations using multiple methodologies.
- Define dashboards and reports to analyze HR data and extract meaningful insights.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in business English.
- Specialized training or certification in compensation and benefits programs is desirable.
- Previous experience in compensation and benefits within multinational environments is advantageous.
