Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Mobility Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global mobility and immigration team, you will be responsible for conducting research and analysis of immigration requirements and processes, liaising with local providers, and preparing and submitting immigration applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis of immigration requirements and processes
  • Liaise with local providers to complete immigration assessments
  • Prepare and submit immigration applications to local authorities
  • Advise on right-to-work requirements
  • Assist with preparation of country overviews and process flows
  • Work closely with global mobility and immigration teams to identify new mobility needs, policy, and process improvements
  • Manage entire employment life-cycle
  • Be regional immigration expert in laws and compliance with local mobility requirements
  • Build and update knowledge base
  • Deal directly with clients on escalations, complex matters, and high-priority cases in a timely, positive, and proactive manner
  • Liaise with government officials as needed and maintain forward-looking solutions mindset and approach
  • Prepare and represent Deel in external and internal audits and similar inquiries to provide information in a helpful and positive manner
  • Build strong relationships with Deel internal stakeholders, demonstrating responsiveness and engagement in all Deel's tools and systems
Requirements
  • Over 5 years of experience as a Global Mobility Specialist, managing substantial caseloads or providing consulting services
