Job Title: Oracle Data Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Data Integration Specialist to join our team at Manning Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable data integration solutions using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and other relevant technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop data integration solutions using ODI and other Oracle technologies.
  • Work closely with business analysts and data architects to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement data integration and ETL processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources into Oracle databases.
  • Ensure high performance and reliability of data integration jobs, optimizing ETL processes and database performance as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain data models and data mappings to support data integration.
  • Monitor data integration processes, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to resolve data integration failures.
  • Implement data quality checks and balances to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
  • Collaborate with database administrators and other IT team members to ensure infrastructure supports data integration needs.
  • Document data integration processes, including data flow diagrams and technical specifications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Integration Developer, with a strong focus on Oracle technologies.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and/or Oracle GoldenGate.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, particularly Oracle Database, and SQL programming.
  • Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with other data integration tools and technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • English and Spanish are required.
Additional Skills:
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud-based data integration services are highly desirable.
  • Experience with big data technologies, data lakes, and non-relational databases is a plus.
  • Certification in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or Oracle Database is beneficial.
