Market Development Engineer IP&E Job Description

Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Market Development Engineer IP&E to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving market growth and sales within the IP&E business segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive market development strategies to accelerate sales and profit growth within the IP&E market segment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop go-to-market plans.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and customer needs assessments to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with suppliers to develop and execute joint business plans and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead market-based Voice of Customer activities to capture product reception and validate new marketing opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the electronics industry or manufacturing in sales, engineering, marketing, or product management.
  • Proven track record in delivering results in market/segment management or development of comprehensive solutions offers in the business-to-business industry.
  • Strong sales skills and ability to build influential relationships with key suppliers.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish language skills (native or C1).
