About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Transaction Network Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, including negotiation and contract signing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales engineering and product support, to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the payments or connectivity services industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluent written and oral proficiency in Spanish and English.
