Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Telcommunications Technician to join our technical support department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving incidents on Internet and landline services, receiving and making incoming calls for technical service, and performing basic checks on access to the service.
Responsibilities
- Resolving incidents on Internet and landline services
- Receiving and making incoming calls for technical service
- Performing basic checks on access to the service (antenna access, check wiring, response at 1.10,...)
- Incident logging in management software
- Scheduling / planning repairs with Wifi and FO technician
- Router configuration
- RMA's registration
- Closure of parts of work of field technicians
Requirements
- Basic computer skills
- Experience in customer service
