Job Title: Tas Technician

Xarxes de Telecomunicacions Alternatives (XTA) is a telecommunications operator in the Penedès/Garraf area that offers its own radio and fiber optic services at both residential and professional levels.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Tas Technician to join our technical support department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving incidents on Internet and landline services, receiving and making incoming calls for technical service, and performing basic checks on access to the service.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve incidents on Internet and landline services
  • Receive and make incoming calls for technical service
  • Perform basic checks on access to the service (antenna access, check wiring, response at 1.10,...)
  • Log incidents in management software
  • Schedule/planning repairs with Wifi and FO technician
  • Router configuration
  • RMA's registration
  • Closure of parts of work of field technicians
Requirements
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience in customer service
