About the Role

Xarxes de Telecomunicacions Alternatives (XTA) is a telecommunications operator in the Penedès / Garraf area that offers its own radio and fiber optic services at both residential and professional level.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled TAS technician to join our technical support department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving incidents on Internet and landline services, receiving and making incoming calls for technical service, and performing basic checks on access to the service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Incident Resolution: Resolve incidents on Internet and landline services in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Customer Service: Receive and make incoming calls for technical service, providing excellent customer service and support.
  3. Service Checks: Perform basic checks on access to the service, including antenna access, wiring checks, and response times.
  4. Logging and Scheduling: Log incidents in management software and schedule repairs with Wifi and FO technicians.
  5. Router Configuration: Configure routers as needed to ensure optimal service delivery.
  6. RMA Registration: Register returns and replacements as necessary.
  7. Closure of Work: Close out work orders and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.

Requirements
  1. Basic Computer Skills: Possess basic computer skills and experience with telecommunications systems.
