Key Responsibilities:- Regional Support: Collaborate with local finance teams, Customer Service, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless collections and accounts receivable processes.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while managing collections of overdue and upcoming invoices.
- Cash Application: Execute cash application processes and manage accounts receivable efficiently and accurately.
- Performance Targets: Adhere to regional directives to meet monthly collection goals, minimize deductions, and reduce overdue balances.
- Dispute Management: Handle dispute escalations in a manner that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
- Invoice Resolution: Investigate and resolve issues related to due invoices, coordinating with various teams as necessary.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and inclusiveness within the department.
- Work towards achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) consistently.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and support relevant projects as directed by the Order to Cash Supervisor.
- Provide clear and effective feedback and reporting to management.
- Ensure adherence to operational accounting policies and maintain the integrity of financial accounting systems.
- 2-4 years of experience in Order to Cash, Billing, Collections, or Customer Service is required.
- Fluency in English and German is essential for supporting the region.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Exhibit flexibility, ownership, and a strong customer service orientation.
- Possess good negotiation skills and relevant educational qualifications.
