Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Payroll Specialist to join our team at Page Personnel. As an HR Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our monthly payroll process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: Assist in processing and tracking variables, accruals, and specifications for our Finance Department and collaborators.
  • Collaborator Support: Process collaborators' invoices, handle tickets related to variables, specifications, and invoices, and provide timely and accurate responses.
  • Data Management: Maintain data in our HRMS system and support reports and statistics.
  • Quality and Productivity: Ensure that we are working according to quality standards, document processes, and inform users.
  • Equipment Utilization: Utilize designated equipment skillfully, effectively, and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: University degree and an interest in HR.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel level and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Language Skills: Advanced level of written and spoken English.
