What You'll Be Responsible For

The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic ally to the organization, concentrating on implementing a People Strategy for designated business segments to enhance overall performance.

In this role, you will ensure effective alignment and collaboration with essential internal stakeholder groups, including local and global HR teams within specialized centers, enabling functions, and the business itself in a matrix structure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR business partnership to Digital Sales & Marketing within the Business Service Line.
  • Assist fellow HR Business Partners and collaborate with leadership team members.
  • Contribute to and support the execution of people and organizational strategies with an emphasis on employee relations, organizational effectiveness, talent management, recruitment, coaching, and leadership development.
  • Engage with sales and support functions across multiple locations.
  • Act as the local point of contact for all HR initiatives, supporting the HR team.
  • Work closely with local teams on employee relations, performance management, compensation strategies, and recruitment efforts.
  • Guide business leaders in defining and executing local people strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Identify trends in workforce or processes, recommend enhancements, and ensure adherence to the HR agenda.
  • Oversee the annual people calendar and Employee Experience initiatives.
  • Contribute to and implement the business area's Talent & Capability strategy, fostering a pipeline of diverse future leaders and promoting high-potential development while advancing the Diversity & Inclusion agenda.
  • Challenge the business constructively, supporting transformation initiatives that enhance organizational, team, and individual effectiveness.
  • Facilitate local negotiations at senior levels and ensure business leaders are well-informed about HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance leadership capabilities and ensure leaders are equipped to drive employee engagement.
  • Promote the organizational culture and advocate for the HR operating model, acting as a role model and facilitator to ensure adherence to service level agreements.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of business operations.
  • 3-6 years of HR experience, either as a generalist or specialist.
  • Excellent relationship-building, influencing, communication, and coaching abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong desire to learn quickly.
  • Experience in a global, cross-country, matrix organization.
  • Proactively manage HR supplier interfaces to ensure a seamless experience for stakeholders.
