Key Responsibilities- Provide HR business partnering to Digital Sales & Marketing_VOIS within the Business_VOIS Service Line.
- Support other HR Business Partners, partnering with members of the leadership team.
- Input into and support the execution of the people and organisational plans with a focus on employee relations, organisation effectiveness, talent management, resourcing, coaching and building leadership capabilities.
- Act as the local _VOIS SPOC for all HR activities in Valencia also supporting the HR team in VOIS Spain.
- Support local teams working closely with Employee relations, performance management, compensation practices, recruitment.
- Support business managers in defining, developing and executing local people plans that support the achievement of the business strategy.
- HR experience; generalist and/or specialist.
- Strong relationship building, influencing, communication & coaching skills.
- Analytical, intellectual capacity and desire to learn very quickly.
- Experience of working in a global, cross country, matrix organisation.
- Direct Contract with Vodafone VOIS.
- Tickets Restaurant.
- Flexible retribution plan.
- Training plan.
- 25 days of vacation + December 24 and 31.
