Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior HR Business Partner to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support on HR processes, policies, and practices in the areas of HR Operations, HR Governance, Talent Acquisition and Management, and HR Analytics.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes, policies, and practices in Spain.
- Act as a point of contact for Enercon employees in Spain.
Requirements
- Highly reliable and with strong job ownership.
- People and processes oriented.
- Open-minded and problem-solving attitudes.
- Willingness and initiative to learn and to actively contribute.
- Educational background in the areas of human resources, labor law, psychology.
- Experience abroad or in a multicultural environment is an asset.
- Advanced English is a must.
- IT skilled (MS office environment).
- User experience with SAP HR modules is an asset.
- Previous professional experience as HR Generalist is an asset.
