Job Summary

The Strategic Territory Sales Representative is responsible for driving business growth in assigned accounts within the AEC industry. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to develop effective sales strategies to meet financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets in assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-Level decision-makers and influencers to identify business opportunities.
  • Articulate the value proposition of Autodesk solutions to customers and partners, and ensure that customer needs are understood and addressed.
  • Balance multiple sales opportunities, manage forecasts, and build sustainable relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Partner with internal teams, including Customer Success, License Compliance, and Digital Sales, to drive incremental sales and gain market share.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in an inside sales role, selling complex software solutions.
  • Passion for sales and a desire to continually improve skills.
  • Autonomous and collaborative work style, with a strong ability to work in a team environment.
  • Knowledge or interest in high-tech industries, such as architecture, construction, automotive, or engineering.
  • Fluency in English and a Nordic language.
