Job Title: Strategic Territory Sales Representative AEC, Nordics

At Autodesk, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Territory Sales Representative to join our team in the Nordics region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the AEC industry by developing and executing sales strategies that meet our financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the AEC industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the region
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and cross-sell/upsell existing customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer success, license compliance, and digital sales, to drive incremental sales and market share
  • Manage a defined territory, generating and closing deals within these accounts by developing effective account plans and executing on them
Requirements:
  • Professional experience in an inside sales role, selling complex software solutions
  • Passionate about sales and continually improving skills, with a decided "hunter" mentality
  • Autonomous, collaborative work style coupled with fluency in English and a Nordic language
  • Knowledge or interest in high-tech industries such as architecture, construction, automotive, or engineering
