About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) Customer Success team as a Customer Success Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with RISE with SAP and Pay-As-You-Go customers to drive sustainable growth and adoption of SAP BTP services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Proactively engage with customers to understand their technical needs and develop tailored activation plans to drive SAP BTP consumption growth.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Account teams, Product Management, and Support, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  3. Analyze customer data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic guidance to achieve their goals.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP BTP innovations and technologies, and effectively communicate these to customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong understanding of Integration, Application, Data, Infrastructure, and Security technology domains in the enterprise software world.
  • Professional knowledge of cloud software solutions and cloud delivery models.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
  • Strong customer service mindset and customer empathy.
  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
