About the Role

The Customer Success Manager will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and retention for SAP SE. This position will be responsible for ensuring that customers achieve their business objectives through the effective use of SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Onboarding

Successfully complete a 10-month learn-apply program, which includes classroom phases and field phases with the Customer Success team.

Customer Engagement

Immerse yourself in multi-dimensional, experiential learning with a focus on digital transformation, global intelligence, human skills, business and technology acumen, solution/industry knowledge, and strategy/tools/process.

Customer Success Planning

Enhance skills in advising complex, global transformations and driving customer outcomes, renewals, expansions, and upsells.

Customer Retention

Enhance skills around your solution portfolio, managing customer retention, and driving value realization.

On-the-Job Training

Receive onboarding in your local market with on-the-job training and mentoring by a senior Customer Success professional in the field.

Requirements
  1. Work Experience

2-5 years' work experience with a proven record of supporting customers and business transformation.

Communication Skills

Strong communication skills including fluency in English and Spanish.

Interpersonal Skills

Proficient interpersonal skills including curiosity, effective listening skills, and a professional presence.

Collaboration

Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders and business functions.

Business Acumen

Strong Business Acumen including demonstrated knowledge of business processes and/or industries.
