SAP BTP Customer Success Partner - Acceleration Team
Job Summary
The SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) Customer Success Partner - Acceleration Team is responsible for providing technical advisory and guidance to implementation leaders in assigned accounts to ensure activation and adoption of the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively partner with RISE with SAP and Pay-As-You-Go customers to sustainably increase consumption of SAP BTP services.
- Coordinate activities with the Account team.
- Be the primary SAP BTP point of contact and drive alignment across SAP and customers' resources.
- Analyze customer technical needs and execute activation plans for assigned customers.
- Instruct and prepare the customer to make the best use of the solution, in alignment with their project goals, SAP strategy, and roadmap.
- Be a voice of the customer to internal SAP stakeholders.
- Work with colleagues from various groups such as Cloud Success Services, Account Teams, Product Management groups, Support, Services, Partners, etc.
Requirements
- Broad understanding of Integration, Application, Data, Infrastructure, and Security technology domains in the enterprise software world.
- Professional knowledge of cloud software solutions and cloud delivery models.
- Understand and consult on solution architectures.
- Partner with a customer to help them articulate goals and get started.
- Strong communication, analytical, presentation, and account management skills.
- Host and manage digital events with a broad international and multicultural audience.
- Strong customer service mindset and customer empathy.
- Manage complex organizational dynamics both internally at SAP, as well as externally with customers and partners.
- Continuously adapt to the unique business and cultural practices of each region/country.
- Strong sense of accountability and tailor, articulate, and clearly communicate messages relevant to each target audience.
- Understanding of SAP solutions portfolio and BTP services.
- Understanding and implementation experience with one or more SAP Solutions, in particular S4/HANA.
- At least 3 years of experience working in the IT Industry, with a background in Software Engineering, Solution Management, Project/Product Management, Project Implementation, Pre-sales, Customer Engagement, Customer Success, Proactive Support Services, Consulting, etc.
- Passion for learning new technologies and excited to try new approaches to drive scalability.
- Enjoy problem-solving to find the win for the customer in a fast-moving team-based environment.
