We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Customer Success Partner (CSP) team as a trusted advisor to our flagship EMEA customers.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with customers to drive sustainable growth and adoption of SAP BTP services, coordinating activities with the Account Team.
- Analyze customer needs and provide expertise on digital transformation, coaching on technical and business architectures.
- Act as the primary SAP BTP strategic point of contact, orchestrating success resources across SAP and customers.
- Analyze customer technical needs and execute consumption plans for assigned customers.
- Provide recommendations and prepare customers to make the best use of the solution, aligning with SAP strategy and roadmap.
- Represent customer interests to internal SAP stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues from various groups, including Cloud Success Services, lifecycle relevant centers of experts, Account Teams, Pre-sales, Product Management, Support, Services, and Partners.
- May be assigned to fulfill premium subscription services for customers.
- 3-4 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Background in Software Engineering, Solution Management, Project/Product Management, Project Implementation, Pre-sales, Technical Customer Engagement, Customer Success, Proactive Support Services, Consulting, or related fields.
