This position primarily supports the META and Israel and Africa regions, with occasional assistance for other areas as required.

Key Responsibilities include:

Analyzing customer inventory and reviewing existing and past contracts. Generating and assisting with quotations. Preparing contracts and order forms. Capturing all non-standard approvals. Submitting deals upon contract or order form signature.

You will provide exceptional customer service to all internal stakeholders by leveraging your comprehensive knowledge of our services, including:

Offering Level 1 legal support and drafting contractual agreements. Ensuring compliance of orders with established licensing policies in line with corporate, SOX, and revenue recognition standards. Timely submission of all orders according to established deadlines. Validating and processing orders with a focus on accuracy and completeness. Understanding license and software accounting, legal operations, and revenue recognition requirements.

Collaboration and Support – You will navigate various stages of the opportunity lifecycle across different teams, utilizing your skills to deliver a wide range of quotation requests and compliant order forms.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree or 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.

Desired Skills

Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a plus. Basic understanding of the sales environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce. Experience with ZUORA. Knowledge of pricing in SaaS, on-premises, and mainframe business environments. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
