About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Mygwork, an inclusive employer and a member of the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community, as a Global Consumer Insights Manager. As a key member of our Global Verticals team, you will be responsible for commercial, financial, and customer management, as well as representing Mygwork to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all data requests and project reporting, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information and providing a good level of knowledge for clients, while generating internal impact.
  • Handle the relationship with assigned clients, oriented towards the development and loyalty of the relationship, with the ultimate goal of growing the value of the client for Mygwork.
  • Support country-wide launch proposals and information delivery, coordinate teamwork with local teams, and run the client relationship for assigned projects.
  • Encourage the team's commercial relationship with clients and commercialize new opportunities among assigned clients and prospects.
  • Ensure quality, satisfaction, and communication with the client in all phases of the studies under their responsibility.
  • Carry out the methodological and commercial proposals of the assigned studies.
  • Generate insightful content to inspire clients and local teams.
