About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and quick-learning individual with a curious mindset to join our Consumer Insights team at Sin Nombre as a Trainee. The primary objective of this department is to provide relevant and actionable consumer understanding to our Marketing team, enabling data-driven decision-making and maximizing our results.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market data, results of quantitative and qualitative surveys, and synthesize findings about countries or transversal topics.
- Elaborate market and consumer reports to provide relevant information to the team.
- Collaborate in all processes of ad hoc research from briefing to results and recommendations together with the Consumer Insights Manager.
Requirements
- You are able to sign an internship agreement with your school.
- Excellent level of English and Spanish. Other languages such as Italian, French, or Portuguese will be highly valued.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Proactivity, energy, and adaptability to change.
- Ability to work in teams and strong communication skills.
- Curiosity and high learning capacity.
- Autonomy and creativity.
