About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and quick-learning individual to join our Consumer Insights team in Affinity Petcare as a Trainee. The main objective of this department is to provide relevant and useful consumer understanding to the Marketing team to maximize our results and minimize decision-making risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in all ad-hoc research processes from briefing to results and recommendations with the Consumer & Shopper Insights Manager.
  • Support providing relevant reports & analyses based on market data gathered from different tools & countries (Nielsen & IRI, Consumer panel).
  • Responsible for the update of Brand communication tracking.
  • Elaborate Market & Consumer reports, providing relevant information to the team.
  • Analyse market data, and results of quantitative and qualitative surveys, make synthesis and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or similar.
  • Excellent level of English and Spanish. Other languages such as Italian, French, or Portuguese will be highly valued.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proactivity, energy, and adaptability to change.
  • Ability to work in teams and communication skills.
  • Curiosity & high learning capacity.
