About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and quick-learning individual to join our Consumer Insights team as a Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with international experts and experienced professionals to provide relevant consumer understanding to the Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support ad-hoc research processes from briefing to results and recommendations.
  2. Provide relevant reports and analyses based on market data from various tools and countries.
  3. Update brand communication tracking and elaborate market and consumer reports.
  4. Analyze market data and results of quantitative and qualitative surveys, making synthesis and recommendations.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Excellent level of English and Spanish, with other languages highly valued.
  3. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent command of Microsoft Office.
  4. Proactivity, energy, and adaptability to change, with ability to work in teams and communicate effectively.
