About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and quick-learning individual with a curious mindset to join our Consumer Insights team as a Trainee. The main objective of this department is to provide relevant and useful consumer understanding to the Marketing team to maximize our results and minimize decision-making risk.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate in all ad-hoc research processes from briefing to results and recommendations with the Consumer & Shopper Insights Manager.
  2. Support providing relevant reports & analyses based on market data gathered from different tools & countries (Nielsen & IRI, Consumer panel data).
  3. Responsible for updating Brand communication tracking.
  4. Elaboration of Market & Consumer reports, providing relevant information to the team.
  5. Analyse market data, and results of quantitative and qualitative surveys, make synthesis and recommendations.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or similar.
  2. Ability to sign an internship agreement with your school.
  3. Excellent level of English and Spanish. Other languages such as Italian, French, or Portuguese will be highly valued.
  4. Excellent command of Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPoint.
  5. Good analytical and organizational skills.
  6. Proactivity, energy, and adaptability to change.
  7. Ability to work in teams and communication skills.
  8. Curiosity & high learning capacity.
