About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Consumer Insights team at Sin nombre as a Trainee. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing valuable insights to our Marketing team, enabling them to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market data and consumer trends to identify key insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain databases and reports to track market performance and consumer behavior.
- Collaborate with the Consumer Insights Manager to design and execute ad hoc research studies to gain a deeper understanding of consumer needs and preferences.
- Support the development of marketing strategies and campaigns based on consumer insights.
Requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent command of English and Spanish, with other languages a plus.
