At Kellanova, we're seeking a skilled Regional Key Account Manager to drive regional growth and cultivate key client relationships. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll leverage your expertise in customer focus, communication, and negotiation to manage regional accounts with efficiency and generate partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and track Annual Operating Plans (AOP) for each client and category. Negotiate and finalize annual contracts with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. Oversee and manage customer allowances, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance. Collaborate with the Revenue & Sales Development department to plan and execute promotional activities and Category Management projects. Identify new business opportunities and drive growth. Requirements: University degree. Experience working in sales/commercial positions in FMCG companies. Strong customer focus, excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze and collaborate effectively to drive impactful results. Fluency in local language (Spanish) and in English. What We Offer: Comprehensive benefits package.
