Join Our Team as a Sales License Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales License Compliance Specialist to join our team at PTC. As a key member of our international team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of license usage assessments and anti-piracy program activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute license usage assessments and advisory service program activities with timely accomplishment of project plan goals to gain a thorough understanding of a customer's PTC Product usage and potential risks.
  • Actively build internal and external relationships by establishing trust through accurate knowledge sharing, technical licensing guidance, and transparent advisory service activities.
  • Effectively manage expectations of stakeholders throughout project lifecycle and progress engagements through active listening and persuasively articulating status and direction.
Requirements:
  • Ability to interact diplomatically and professionally with internal and external customers.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute effectively to meet business objectives.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Sales related or Compliance roles, preferably in a digital selling environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business or equivalent.
  • Excellent written & oral communication & listening skills in English are mandatory.
