Job Title: Sales License Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales License Compliance Specialist to join our team at PTC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing license usage assessments and anti-piracy program activities to ensure timely accomplishment of project plan goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute license usage assessments and advisory service program activities to gain a thorough understanding of customers' PTC Product usage and potential risks.
  • Build internal and external relationships by establishing trust through accurate knowledge sharing, technical licensing guidance, and transparent advisory service activities.
  • Effectively manage expectations of stakeholders throughout project lifecycle and progress engagements through active listening and persuasively articulating status and direction.

  • You will be part of an international and energetic team within a multicultural environment where professionals from throughout Europe interact with current & future PTC customers.
  • You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and transform the physical world.
  • You will be responsible for qualifying potential customers' engagements to determine the most effective strategy, scope, and approach for software compliance management optimization.
  • You will interpret license agreements and analyze transaction history to ensure compliance.
  • You will coordinate with Legal, Finance, Sales, Partners, and other functional teams to bring compliance issues to successful resolution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent.
  • Excellent written & oral communication & listening skills in English are mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Sales-related, or Compliance roles, preferably in a digital selling environment.
