Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for distributing our brands to architects, designers, and lighting designers, as well as supporting existing customers and partners and acquiring new ones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Distribute our brands to architects, designers, and lighting designers in Madrid.
  • Support existing customers and partners, as well as acquire new ones.
  • Actively acquire and sell projects.
  • Analyze target achievements and implement strategies to increase sales results, reporting to the Sales Director on a regular basis.
  • Provide product training to partners and customers.
  • Prepare for and participate in marketing activities such as trade fairs, workshops, and customer events.
  • Collaborate closely with different departments in our headquarters.

Requirements

  • Completed education in sales, marketing, or a technical field.
  • Experience in sales in the lighting industry or a related sector.
  • Ability to understand lighting layouts and technical drawings, such as AutoCAD.
  • Good English skills are a plus.
  • Passion for architecture, lighting design, and lighting technology.
  • Well-organized individual who can follow up on projects and deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication, time management, planning, and presentation skills.
  • Outgoing, dynamic, and proactive sales professional.
