Position Overview

The Enterprise Sales Manager for AWS EMEA SARL (Spain Branch) will play a pivotal role in leading a dedicated sales team focused on driving cloud technology adoption across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and mentor a team of Account Executives, ensuring their professional growth and performance enhancement.
  • Recruit top talent and equip them with the necessary resources and industry insights to excel.
  • Foster collaboration with partners to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, thereby accelerating customer success.
  • Engage with stakeholders at the CXO level, as well as with Software Developers and IT architects, to enhance technology engagement.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of business opportunities, from initial prospecting to successful closure and customer adoption.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the AWS technology sector.
  • Background in handling complex IT solutions.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills, focused on achieving results.
  • Experience in leading successful sales teams.
  • Track record of working with partners to execute scaling initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English and French.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
  • AWS Solutions Architect certification or training.
