Senior Enterprise Sales Executive

The Enterprise Sales Manager for AWS EMEA SARL (Spain Branch) will play a pivotal role in leading a dedicated sales team focused on driving cloud technology adoption across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor a team of Account Executives, ensuring their professional growth and performance enhancement.
- Recruit top talent and equip them with the necessary resources and industry insights to excel.
- Foster collaboration with partners to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, thereby accelerating customer success.
- Engage with stakeholders at the CXO level, as well as with Software Developers and IT architects, to enhance technology engagement.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of business opportunities, from initial prospecting to successful closure and customer adoption.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the AWS technology sector.
- Background in handling complex IT solutions.
- Self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills, focused on achieving results.
- Experience in leading successful sales teams.
- Track record of working with partners to execute scaling initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English and French.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
- AWS Solutions Architect certification or training.
