We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to join our team at IAG Tech. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of enterprise-wide business and application architecture, ensuring it aligns with the strategic requirements of the business.
- Drive thought leadership in enterprise/solution/data architecture, influencing stakeholders to define the future state of our technology capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to collaborate with internal teams to deliver major architectural initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes for IAG and its operating companies.
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring third-party deliverables meet strategic, technical, and cost requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships within the Group and externally to identify and promote best practice and industry trends, translating them into strategy, policies, standards, and best practice.
- Ensure all architecture activity in their area is aligned with business vision and goals.
- Provide expertise to programme and project managers with the design, planning, and governance of projects and business initiatives in relation to architecture.
- Collaborate with Architects in other areas as required, ensuring any solution within their specific specialism fits with the business and technical architecture and strategic direction.
- Recognize opportunities for business or IT change, communicate them persuasively to appropriate stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, and application designers to ensure business, information, and technology architecture is consistent and working with developers ensures a practical implementation is 'joined up' across IAG Tech.
- Lead the production and ensure the quality, timely delivery, and appropriateness of architecture artefacts.
- Develop and document the current and future state architecture, continuously monitoring the documentation and updating them as necessary to show changes, additions, and alterations.
