We're looking for a highly skilled Insurance Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our insurance operations, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships, handling insurance renewals, and providing exceptional customer service. **Requirements**

  • **Insurance Expertise**: 5+ years of experience in insurance products, policies, and coverages. Experience in life and health insurance is a plus.
  • **Language Skills**: Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • **Customer-Focused**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with clients' needs.
  • **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess policy details and make informed recommendations.
  • **Negotiation Skills**: Proven ability to negotiate terms with insurance partners.
