Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  2. Forward inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary, ensuring seamless communication and efficient resolution.
  3. Issue certificates of insurance and verify coverage as needed, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  4. Provide accurate information regarding insurance products, coverage options, and policy details, ensuring clients have a clear understanding of their policies.
  5. Assist clients with policy renewals, updates, and changes, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
  6. Process insurance applications, claims, and payments efficiently and accurately, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  7. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  8. Handle administrative tasks and documentation related to customer interactions, maintaining accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  2. Proven customer service experience in a similar role (insurance industry experience is a plus).
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Proficiency in English language is required, as this position involves interacting with clients who speak this language.
  5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  6. Familiarity and experience with Zendesk, Office 365, and Insurance CRMs is preferred.
  7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  8. Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and customer interactions.
  9. Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
