- Assist clients with policy renewals, updates, and changes, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
- Process insurance applications, claims, and payments efficiently and accurately, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle administrative tasks and documentation related to customer interactions, maintaining accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven customer service experience in a similar role (insurance industry experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in English language is required, as this position involves interacting with clients who speak this language.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity and experience with Zendesk, Office 365, and Insurance CRMs is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and customer interactions.
