Business Consultant Insurance Industry Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant Insurance Industry professional to join our team at Management Solutions, S.L. in Madrid.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in actuarial consulting projects, including pricing, reserving, retention models, IFRS17, Solvency II, and capital models.
  • Collaborate with our teams to deliver business, risk, financial, organisational, and process-related advisory services.
  • Develop and implement solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice.
  • Contribute to the development of our team's expertise and knowledge in the insurance industry.
Requirements:
  • New graduates or final year students of Actuarial and Financial Science.
  • Solid academic background.
  • Dynamic, mature, responsible, and hardworking.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Other languages, postgraduate studies, or specialized courses are an asset.
  • Advanced user of computer tools.
  • Fast learner.
  • Easy integration into multidisciplinary teams.
