  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products and services.
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Stay informed about the latest product features, updates, and industry trends to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Gather and document customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and their expectations met.
  • Accurately log and document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Prepare and provide regular reports on customer support activities and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**

  • Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with technology products and services is a plus.
